Hockey Equipment
For those new to hockey, we have put together this resource page to help you navigate all of the hockey gear your skater will need, how to size it properly, how to dress your skater and where you can find gear.
Equipment Rental Information
There are two rental seasons:
- Summer (June to August)
- Regular Season (September to March)
The equipment manager will set up two days in March and 2 days in August for gear return. Any gear not returned on these days will be subject to a loss of deposit.
Rental equipment is available for the 4u through 8u skaters. A $125 returnable deposit plus a $50 annual rental fee applies. Rental equipment needs to be returned before the deadline or you will lose your deposit. The deposit will be returned once the rental equipment is received by the equipment manager and verified.
Equipment Sizing
Sizing your skater's gear can be confusing and brands can fit differently even though the size is the same.

Once you have an idea of what size your skater may need, try to visit a local hockey shop to have them try it on and get the right fit.
