WCYHA Families,

Registration for the 2013-2014 Season will be completed exclusively through our online Registration Session.  All registrations for the 2013-2014 Season are due by August 1, 2013.  You will need to register online, and submit your payment in full by August 1.

Important:  Before you can complete Online Registration, you will need to register your skater with USA Hockey for the 2013-2014 Season.  Once you click the "Register" button above, the first page will have a link to register your skater online with USA Hockey.  Please Note: The USA Hockey & Affiliate fee is $50 per skater this season.  This fee is charged by USA Hockey, and is in addition to your WCYHA Registration Fees.  Once you have completed the USA Hockey Registration, please print your confirmation, or write down your skater's registration number, as you will need that for the online registration process.

For the 2013-2014 season, our system is set up to take both online (pay w/ Credit Card) and pay offline (mail in check) options.  If you choose to pay online, the online processing fee will be your responsibility.  Whether you choose to pay online or offline, please print and complete the "Registration Receipt Form" on the receipt page of the registration center.  If you selectd to pay offline, please include your payment with the Registration Receipt Form.

All registrations and fees are now due in full by August 1, 2013.  Building Pledge is also due in full by August 1, 2013.  Fundraising Buyout/Profit is due by January 1, 2014.

Completing the 2013-2014 online registration, you acknowledge that you have read the registration packet, and will be asked to electronically acknowledge reciept and adherence to the 2013-2014 Volunteer Agreement.

Upon completion of the Online Registration Process, you will need to mail into the WCYHA office the following:

• Registration Receipt Form
• USA Hockey Consent to Treat Form
• Payment
• Birth Certificate (if skater's first year with WCYHA)

Please note, if you have multiple skaters to register, once you enter information for your first skater, on the bottom of the Review Page, you have the option to Register Another Skater or go to Shopping Cart.  Select Register Another Skater.

WCYHA Families

All skaters are required to register by May 15. 

Registration must be completed, and payment postmarked by May 15, or a $250 late fee will be added to your skater's dues for the 2013-2014 season.
