Dear Hockey Parents,

The enclosed packet includes the forms and information you’ll need to register your son or daughter for the 2012-2013 hockey season. Please read each section, paying special attention to due dates, volunteer and fundraising requirements.

For team and season planning purposes, it is necessary to reserve your skaters place in the hockey program by May 1, 2012. A $100.00 deposit is required by May 1, 2012 to hold your skaters spot in next year’s program. Keep in mind, that the number of registrations received by this date is used in determining the number of teams that we will have at each level, and to develop a preliminary schedule for our practice times. We reserve the right to close registrations at any level, at any time after May 1, 2012 if we feel that we can best facilitate the development of those skaters registered by doing so. In that case, you could be placed on a waiting list while we determine if an additional team can be formed at your skater’s level.

Your $100 deposit is non-refundable, but is applied to your registration fees. If your skater’s deposit is not made by May 1, 2012, and your registration is accepted later, a late fee of $250 will be assessed to your overall due balances if our registrations are still open and your registration is accepted.
